PRESCRIPTIONS
For all physician appointments, please bring a list of your medications including the dose and schedule or bring your medicine bottles.
The best time to refill prescriptions is at your appointment.
Call for medication refills before your medication runs out between the hours of 8am and 3:30pm. Please provide the name of the medication, the dose, the schedule of the medication with the name of the pharmacy. Include a phone number where you can be reached.
Some prescriptions will require that they be hand written.
Ask the Medical Assistant for a print out of your medication list to keep with you and update as needed.
